By using GoForthly, you agree to these Terms of Use. GoForthly is owned and operated by Seleqt Group LLC and is used as a DBA/trade name of Seleqt Group LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What GoForthly provides

GoForthly is a platform that helps employers discover and contact experienced professionals for part-time, project-based, consulting, advisory, and fractional roles. GoForthly does not guarantee that any employer will hire a professional or that any professional will accept work.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for the accuracy of information submitted through your account. Employers and professionals should provide truthful, current, and appropriate information.

Professional profiles

Professionals are responsible for the content of their profiles, resumes, experience, skills, and availability. GoForthly may review, approve, hide, or remove profiles that are incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Employer subscriptions and billing

Some employer features require a paid subscription. Secure payment is processed by Stripe. By starting a recurring plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the billing interval shown at checkout unless the subscription is canceled.

Cancellations

Employers may cancel their subscription from the employer portal when a cancel option is available, or by contacting GoForthly. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and access may continue through the period already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless GoForthly decides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

Contact requests

Employer contact requests and professional replies may be logged in the platform so users can review communication history and so GoForthly can enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. Users may not use GoForthly to send spam, misleading messages, unlawful content, or abusive communications.

No employment or legal advice

GoForthly is not an employer, staffing agency, legal advisor, tax advisor, or payroll provider for platform users unless separately agreed in writing. Employers and professionals are responsible for their own agreements, compliance, taxes, classification, and work arrangements.

Changes to the site or terms

GoForthly may update the site, features, pricing, these terms, and related policies from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
