GoForthly is owned and operated by Seleqt Group LLC and is used as a DBA/trade name of Seleqt Group LLC. GoForthly uses reasonable security practices to protect accounts, professional profiles, employer information, contact requests, billing status, and administrative tools.

Account security

Users should keep passwords private and use strong, unique login credentials. Admin access should only be given to trusted staff.

Payment security

Secure payment is processed by Stripe. GoForthly does not store full card numbers. Stripe webhook events are verified using Stripe's webhook signing secret so billing updates are only trusted when they are signed by Stripe.

Access control

Employer, professional, and admin areas are separated by role-based access checks. Admin pages should remain protected by login and should not be shared with unauthorized users.

Data handling

GoForthly stores account details, profile details, contact-request history, subscription status, and operational logs needed to run the platform. Access to this information should be limited to authorized users who need it for business, support, or security purposes.

Email and notifications

GoForthly may send account, contact-request, reply, and billing notifications. Employers can manage certain contact-related email preferences in the employer portal.

Monitoring and logs

The admin portal may include logs for Stripe events, billing activity, email activity, tracking pixels, and other operational events. These logs help troubleshoot problems and verify platform activity.

Limitations

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. GoForthly will continue improving security as the platform grows and as new risks are identified.
